Ann worked as Senior Associate in this leading City law practice for 10 years, gaining employment experience across all areas. She has dealt with large tribunal cases involving whistleblowing, discrimination (and related issues), and unfair dismissal claims with her commercial high court experience being used to advantage in dealing with restrictive covenant enforcement cases. She has been the day to day trusted employment law contact for a number of corporate clients, dealing with all employment issues that businesses face, such as recruitment, general day to day issues to include performance and conduct, termination of employment, and forward planning for businesses, so advising on restructuring, acquisitions, sales and transfers.

Throughout her time, she has also advised a number of senior individuals about employment related issues often on entry into a business, or how to exit on favourable terms.

Ann started her legal career as a trainee at D.J. Freeman becoming a commercial litigation partner in 2000. Her litigation experience includes general commercial litigation, insolvency issues and Companies Act litigation.
