Exemplar Modern Slavery Act Statement

Exemplar is a micro SME established in 2017. It has one office and employs one full time member of staff, and two other part time employees.

We have in place a framework for conducting business in the company in a way that makes a positive contribution to society, whilst minimising any negative impact on people and the environment.

Exemplar's supply chain is simple, consisting of suppliers directly and indirectly providing goods and services to the company. All of these suppliers are engaged in the UK, and as such the risk of exposure to modern slavery is considered to be minimal.

Our Commitment
Exemplar is fundamentally committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. We expect high standards within our business and similarly from our suppliers.

Our Approach
Exemplar is committed to taking appropriate steps to ensure slavery or human trafficking does not take place through our supply chain. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to these values. We will review new suppliers for potential risk areas.

Exemplar has policies and procedures in place to promote a positive and inclusive culture, including a Diversity policy, an Environmental Policy, a Data Protection and IT Security Policies. Exemplar will not purchase goods or services from any organisation that is found to be engaging in human trafficking or assisting slave labour.
